ohlili will ship your order out as soon as possible. All in-stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 working days, and pre-sale items will be shipped within 3-40 working days. Please double check the item description for specific shipping estimates on pre-sale items.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

- We will send out tracking information to the email address provided once the -order has been shipped.
- Once the package has been handed over for shipment, it immediately becomes the property of the customer. If there are any issues with a package during transportation or customs according to the tracking status, please contact the provided courier to help claim your package or resolve any issues. If this cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately.
- Any period or date for delivery of Goods stated by ohlili is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. ohlili will use its best endeavors to meet any estimate delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date.


ohlili reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
ohlili does not deliver Orders to Post Office boxes or Parcel Lockers.


If the Customer believes their nominated delivery address will be unattended at the time of delivery, we suggest nominating an address that the Customer knows will be attended during regular business hours. If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave the Goods in a secure location under their ATL (in which case the delivery will be deemed successful by the courier) or a card will be left with details as to where the Customer can collect the Goods. At this time the Goods will be deemed delivered (‘Successful Delivery’).
ohlili will not be held responsible for any occurrence that may happen following the Delivery of a Good, including theft or damage if a Good is delivered to an unattended address. All risk in the Goods will remain with the Customer upon Delivery and ohlili will not offer a replacement Good or refund a Customer for any lost or damaged Goods.

 

RETURNS

LaLuneDuCiel may accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please get in touch with us at info@Ohlili.com if there are quality, size, or other issues regarding the items.

NOTE:

  • Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (including import tax);We will only cover the return shipping cost for quality issues.
  • Tax: Customers are responsible for any potential tariffs or customs duties.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: Ohliliwill not issue refunds for incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, lost, missing, or stolen parcels handled by shipping carriers or customers.
  • Goods Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original purchase condition with no signs of being removed and re-attached.
  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will initiate the refund and exchange process as soon as possible.
  • Original Postage: The customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty or there was a dispatch error by Laluneduciel.

RETURN STEPS:

  1. Please contact us at info@Ohlili.comwith the reason for the return or exchange and details of the items. Our customer service team will response as soon as possible.
  2. Write down your name and order number on a piece of paper, and include it with the returned items.
  3. Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team in the email, and keep the courier receipt.
  4. Send the tracking number of the parcel to info@Ohlili.com after shipping the items.
  5. Contact us once the items have been delivered, and we will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.
  6. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the bank to process the refund, so please be patient.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change an item, please follow the return process, and make a new purchase with the desired item(s).

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS EXPLAINED

If your favourite wool product is starting to look a bit worse for wear and it’s time to put it in the wash, there’s one golden rule to follow: always check your garment’s care labels and instructions to help preserve the life-span of your product.

You’ve bought it, bagged it, worn it and now it’s time to wash it. Whilst many people assume wool must be hand-washed or dry-cleaned, many piece of wool clothing can actually be put in the washing machine and even in the tumble dryer too. Here, we explain washing instructions and what laundry care claims mean.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR WOOL GARMENT: UNDERSTANDING CARE LABELS40°C (or 30°C) very mild wash

Machine-washable wool. This washing cycle ensures a much reduced mechanical treatment. Reduce the quantity of laundry in the washing machine. The drum should be not more than one-third full. It’s best to use a cycle for wool or delicates for these garments.

 

Hand wash

Hand wash at a water temperature between 30°C and a maximum of 40°C, depending on the particular article. First dissolve a fine wool detergent in plenty of water. Allow the clothes to float in the solution and agitate carefully. Do not rub, pull and wring out. Then rinse the clothing well and press the superfluous water out carefully before pulling the item into shape. Treat coloured and sensitive pieces rapidly and do not leave lying in the wet state.

 

Do not wash

Articles marked with a Do Not Wash claim must not be washed. They may be sensitive to any kind of wet treatment or be unsuitable for washing in a domestic washing machine because of their size.

 

Do not bleach

The triangle with a diagonal cross (St. Andrews Cross) indicates that bleaching is not allowed. Use only bleach-free detergent.

 

Do not tumble dry

Clothes with the claim Do Not Tumble Dry must not be places in a clothes dryer. Doing so may cause shrinkage.

 

Mild drying process

Caution is appropriate when tumble drying. Select a mild process with reduced thermal action temperature and short duration of treatment.

 

Iron at moderate temperature

Iron at maximum sole plate temperature of 150°C. Corresponding to the “wool/silk/polyester/viscose” setting: iron under a moderately moist intermediate cloth. A steam iron can be used. Avoid heavy pressure.

Professional dry-cleaning

Professional dry-cleaning in perchloroethylene, hydrocarbons (heavy benzines).
Normal cleaning process with no restrictions. Commercial stain removers on a solvent base may be used with some restrictions. A trial on a concealed part of the article is advisable beforehand.
